SU-8 Silicon Mold & PDMS Device Fabrication

  • Design: >10 years of microfluidic R&D experience assisting the AutoCAD-based 2D design
  • Photomasks: 4”-6” square chrome photomasks available
  • Silicon Wafers: 4”- 8“ diameter available
  • SU-8 Width: ≥2.0 µm line width
  • SU-8 Thickness: 5-100 µm height according to the specific requirement
  • Fabrication Environment: Class 1,000 ISO 6 certified cleanroom
  • Surface Treatment: Silanization to mold surface for easy PDMS peel off
  • Hole Punching: High-quality hole punching by robotic punching system
  • Alignment: Precise alignment of upper and lower PDMS layers
  • Bonding: Plasma-activated PDMS-PDMS bonding and PDMS-glass bonding
  • Report: A full characterization and test report will be provided
  • Lead Time: Less than one week after receiving photo mask

Injection Molding & Mass Production

  • Design: >10 years of microfluidic R&D experience assisting the SolidWorks-based 3D design
  • Mold Material: Stainless steel
  • Plastic Material: PS (Polystyrene), PP (polypropylene), PC (polycarbonate), PMMA, etc.
  • Line width: ≥10.0 µm
  • Production Environment: Fabrication in a cleanroom
  • Report: A full characterization and test report will be provided
  • Lead Time: Rapid prototyping maybe in less than one month after completing the design
  • Product Examples: 1CellPlate®-96well, 1CellPlate®-Assay, LOFT Plate
